
Building Relationships and Supporting Your Cleanser

ANY business that you create, no matter how large or small, will be affected by your ability to build relationships with potential and current customers. Building trust and a rapport with people and continuing to stay in contact with them, is one way to ensure that people will think of you when they are ready to begin. Think of yourself as offering fantastic customer support, not only to ensure that they have a great result, but that they continue using the products and want to share them with others.
Introducing people to our incredible system is one thing. Supporting them by utilizing our tools and team members to make sure that they have the best result possible is another. One thing that we are proud of on Team Synergy is our focus on supporting our cleanser and helping them to understand why the system is so unique and important. We believe that pointing people to the tools to educate themselves and having a team to support them is the only way to be successful. If you find yourself doing this business alone, then you are not doing it right!

The following is a checklist to ensure that you are giving your new cleanser all of the support that they will need:
Step 1: Once you have enrolled your client (CLICK HERE for instructions on that), send a welcome letter with the blueprint for success attached into an email and customizing where necessary based on what they ordered.

Choose from one of two blueprints to send. R2M shred or traditional
Blueprint for Success Elimination Shred -This version uses a high protein/fat, low carb approach for the first 11 days, which is the gold standard for an elimination diet & reset protocol

Step 2: Add into your calendar their start date, Day 5 and Day 12 so you can keep track as these are the 3 key days to personally talk with them.
Step 3: Set up a personal call for Day 1/Day 5/Day 12
- make sure they have reviewed the blueprint for success.
- Text them daily checking in and cheering them on in between your personal calls on Day 1/5/12.
Step 4: Day 5 personally call and celebrate their success so far after their first 48 hour intermittent nutritional fast. Some people have already had remarkable results at this point.
